HectaSquare (‘HectaSquare’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) collects and processes your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (‘Policy’).

1. About HectaSquare

HectaSquare is a global technology company headquartered in Pakistan and is the data controller of your personal information as described in this Policy, unless otherwise specified.

HectaSquare has developed an advanced platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create innovative and interactive user experiences. Our services, primarily delivered through www.digitalclone.shop, include:

  • Interactive AI Avatars: Engaging, lifelike avatars that provide 24/7 customer support, product information, and guided assistance across our website.
  • AI-Powered Live Chat: An intelligent live chat system that uses natural language processing to understand your questions and provide instant, real-time responses and solutions.
  • Personalized User Journeys: Using AI to understand user behavior and provide tailored content, product recommendations, and a more intuitive, interactive browsing experience.

These AI-driven services enhance user engagement and provide efficient access to information. HectaSquare operates several websites including www.digitalclone.shop and applicable sub-domains.

2. Personal Information We Process on Behalf of our Customers

In general, HectaSquare may sell its products and services to business customers. As a result, for much of the personal information we process through our products and services, we act as the data processor or sub-processor when processing personal information. This means that it is our business customers that control what personal information we collect and how we use it. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our business customers, which may differ from those set forth in this Policy.

The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with HectaSquare and the choices you make (including your privacy and browser settings), the Services you use, and your location and applicable law, but can include the following:

Information you provide to us

When you visit our websites and apps, use our products or services, subscribe to marketing or one of our newsletters, request a demo, fill out our forms, visit our offices, register for an event or webinar, complete a survey, and/or otherwise use our Services, we ask you to provide certain personal information. This may include:

  • Contact information (such as your name, email address, address or phone number)
  • Professional information (such as your employer name, address, job title, department or job role);
  • Marketing information (such as your contact preferences);
  • Authentication information (such as your username, password, public keys or API tokens);

  • Applicant information if you apply for a job with HectaSquare (such as your resume, desired pay, education and work history, whether you are over the age of 18, and visa status.   • AI and Chat Interactions: This includes the content and transcripts of your conversations with our AI avatars and live chat systems, such as the questions you ask, the text you input, and any feedback you provide within the chat interface.
  • Online content (which includes personal information disclosed by you on message boards, chat features, and other services or platforms to which you are able to post information and materials, including third party services and platforms).

If you ever communicate directly with us, we will maintain a record of those communications and responses.

Providing your personal information is optional, but it may be necessary for certain services or features, such as webinar registration, to access content such as whitepapers or to activate or access an app. In such cases, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

Information we collect automatically

We automatically collect certain device and usage information when you use or interact with our Services. The information we collect includes:

  • Information about the products or services you looked at or searched for and the Services you used, including time spent and other statistical information.

We may receive information about you from other sources (including third parties from whom we have purchased personal information) and combine that information with the information we collect. For example, we collect personal information from joint marketing partners, channel partners, our affiliated companies, recruitment agencies, credit check agencies, lead generation providers, public databases, data providers, and social media platforms.

Any information we receive from outside sources will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party’s policies or practices.

4. How We Use Your Personal Information (Legal Basis for Processing)

We use your personal information for a variety of purposes and on the legal bases described in this Policy or disclosed to you in our Services, including:

  • Improving and developing the Services: We use data to analyze trends to identify future opportunities for the development, promotion, and improvement of our Services. For example, we use data, often in a de-identified form, including the transcripts from your interactions with our AI avatars and live chat, to train our machine learning models, improve the accuracy and relevance of our AI’s responses, develop new features, and enhance the user experience.
  • Securing the Services: We process data by tracking use of our websites and services for the purposes of maintaining the safety and security of our Services, including verifying accounts and activity, investigating suspicious activity, and enforcing our terms and policies.
  • Handling contact and user requests: If you fill out a web form or request support, if you contact us by other means, including via a phone call, we use your data to perform our contract with you or in reliance on our legitimate interests in fulfilling your requests and communicating with you.
  • Sending marketing communications: We use data we collect to send promotional communications about HectaSquare according to your marketing preferences.

  • with your affiliated customer responsible for your access to the Services if you use our services as an authorized user.
  • with our contracted vendors, consultants, and other third parties who provide services to us such as IT and system administration and hosting, research and analytics, marketing, and customer support.
  • with sponsors of events or promotions for which you register.
  • to (i) comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, (ii) protect the rights and property of HectaSquare and our agents, customers, and others, or (iii) in an emergency, to protect the personal safety of HectaSquare, its customers, or any person.
  • in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or proceeding involving sale, transfer, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets to another company.
  • with your consent.

6. International Transfers

We take steps designed to ensure that the personal information we collect under this Policy is processed as described in this Policy and according to applicable law. We maintain primary data centers in Pakistan. Personal information we collect may be stored and processed in your region, in Pakistan or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.

In particular, we may transfer personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland (collectively ‘Europe’) to other countries that may not have the same level of data protection that applies in your jurisdiction. In these cases, we use a variety of legal mechanisms to ensure that the recipient of your personal information offers an adequate level of protection, including entering into the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal information approved by the European Commission, or where required, we will ask you for your prior consent.

HectaSquare takes your privacy seriously and takes reasonable measures and precautions, including organizational, technical, and physical measures, intended to protect and secure your personal information. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How Long We Store and Retain Your Personal Information

HectaSquare will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes it was collected, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. We determine the appropriate retention period for personal information based on the amount, nature and sensitivity of your personal information processed, and applicable legal requirements.

We may provide links to third-party websites or platforms. If you follow links to sites or platforms that we do not control, you should review their applicable privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of these sites.

10. Children’s Personal Information

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

13. “Do Not Track” Signals

Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature. Given that there is no uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the website does not currently interpret, respond to or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.

The Services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, it may be necessary for HectaSquare to make changes to this Policy. HectaSquare reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
